We’re available daily from 5am to 5pm EST.

We transport and store our wines in temperature and humidity controlled warehouses. However, a small percentage of bottles spoil due to faulty corks. If this has happened we will replace, offer store credit or refund your purchase. No questions, no hassles.

Shipping

All orders are processed with 24 hours from our inventory in Napa, CA.  We can currently ship to the following states.  Please contact us to arrange shipment to states not listed.

Delivery times for ground shipping:

CA, NV, NM, OR WY: 1 – 3 business days

ND, NE, OH, AK: 4 – 7 business days

LA, NH, WV: 5 – 8 business days
