Our vintners are essentially grape farmers who have learned their trade from in the vineyards and the cellars and though knowledge passed down through the generations.
Our wineries have less than 20 hectares or 50 acres of vines. They tend to their own vines, entirely by hand in many cases, at all stages of the growing and harvesting process. Vines are pruned for low yields ensuring for better quality fruit but ultimately less wine to sell. Our wineries practice either reasoned agriculture where treatments are made punctually as need rather than systematically.
Grapes are sourced entirely from their own vineyards. No grapes, grape must (pressed grapes) or vinified wines are brought in from outside which ensures that each winery has complete control over the quality of the wines.
Here you will find a profile of each of our wineries from the Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone, the Loire and Languedoc.
